I have over 20 years experience as a teacher, facilitator, trainer. and presenter. I present from the heart with a passionate and authentic spirit specializing in BASICS, SBIRT, and Motivational Interviewing. Helping others make behavior change is the cornerstone of many occupations. I help participants grow confidence, focus existing skills and learn new skills to facilitate difficult conversations with patients, clients, colleagues, students, family and friends. Why the name Thirsty Horse Consulting?
Because no matter how hard we try we can’t make the horse drink the water. But we can salt the oats and make the horse thirsty. My work focuses on helping the helper salt the oats. Not to mention the side benefit of the ironic THC acronym.
